Project Overview

FABSLAB is a growing manufacturer, supplier and exporter of innovative porcelain and ceramic surface products. The brand works with architects, interior designers, dealers, distributors and project professionals, offering tiles across different styles, dimensions and finishes for residential as well as commercial applications. Its current digital catalogue includes Polished, Matt, High Gloss, Moroccan Matt, Wooden Matt, Carving, Rustic and Satin series across formats such as 600×600 mm, 600×1200 mm and 800×1600 mm.

The client needed a digital platform that could communicate both the visual appeal and technical depth of the product portfolio. The website had to function as more than a company profile—it needed to help professional buyers discover finishes, access catalogues, understand FABSLAB’s manufacturing strengths, evaluate export capability and move easily toward a direct business enquiry.

The objective was therefore to create a premium, internationally relevant website that reflects FABSLAB’s positioning around design, durability, manufacturing technology and global supply, while remaining scalable for future collections and markets.

FABSLAB has a broad product ecosystem spanning multiple finishes, sizes and design styles. The primary challenge was to present this variety in a way that remained elegant and easy to navigate. Architects and designers often begin with aesthetics, while distributors and project buyers may focus on format, finish, quality, logistics and availability. The website therefore had to serve both visual and technical decision-making without becoming cluttered.

A second challenge was communicating the company’s manufacturing and export credibility. FABSLAB highlights advanced machinery, a 97% whiteness rating, international dealer relationships and export logistics, so the digital experience needed to build confidence around product quality, consistency and supply capability—not just show attractive tile images.

The site also needed to support buyers across international markets. Catalogue downloads, product discovery, export information, testimonials and contact actions had to work together as one clear journey from initial exploration to commercial enquiry.

We structured the website around three core user needs: discover the product range, understand FABSLAB’s capabilities, and connect with the sales team. Product and catalogue pathways were organised by finish and format, allowing users to browse Polished, Matt, High Gloss, Wooden Matt, Carving and other collections without navigating through an unstructured product library. Downloadable catalogues make it easier for architects, dealers and international buyers to review collections offline.

The brand story and company pages were used to reinforce FABSLAB’s manufacturing credentials, technology, durability and design expertise. Key differentiators—including the stated 97% whiteness rating, residential and commercial suitability, Italian machinery and global dealer network—were incorporated into the website to strengthen professional trust.

We also created a dedicated export journey that explains quality checks, pallet and container handling, documentation, customs clearance, logistics and shipment tracking. Combined with direct contact forms, phone and email access, this turns the website into a practical B2B lead-generation and export-support platform, not simply a visual portfolio.

Results that moved the business forward.
