Coinn Tiles

Project Overview
Founded in 2020 in Morbi, Gujarat, Coinn Tiles is a ceramic and porcelain tile manufacturer and exporter focused on creating distinctive surfaces inspired by nature. The brand combines design, technology and craftsmanship to offer porcelain tiles across different sizes, textures, colours and finishes for walls and floors.
The client needed a digital platform that could communicate both the aesthetic value of the collections and the commercial strength of the manufacturing business. Architects and designers needed visual inspiration, while dealers, distributors and international buyers needed access to catalogues, product formats, quality information and export specifications.
The objective was therefore to create one connected journey where visitors could move from brand discovery → collection inspiration → catalogue exploration → export evaluation → direct business enquiry, while reinforcing Coinn’s positioning around innovation, quality and contemporary design.
The Challenge
Coinn’s products are fundamentally visual. Colour, texture, surface finish and pattern play a major role in tile selection, so the website needed to inspire architects, designers and homeowners without becoming a simple gallery. At the same time, professional buyers needed a faster and more structured way to reach relevant sizes and finishes. The challenge was balancing visual storytelling with practical product discovery within the same experience.
A second challenge was communicating Coinn as a credible manufacturing and export partner. The company emphasizes customization, quality assurance, production flexibility and customer support, while international customers also need information about thickness, box quantities, pallet loading and container capacity. These technical requirements had to be presented clearly without making the website feel overly industrial.
Finally, the website needed to generate real B2B opportunities. Product inspiration alone was not enough; prospective buyers needed a straightforward path to catalogue information, export capability and direct communication through phone, email or enquiry form.
Our Solution
We developed a product-led website structure that gives Coinn’s surface imagery strong visual priority while separating key business information into dedicated Collection, Catalogue, Export, Blog and Contact pathways. This allows design-focused visitors to explore visually while professional buyers can move directly toward specific product information.
The digital catalogue was structured around clearly defined surface families such as Carving, Endless, Glossy, Fish, Matt and Sugar Surface, across formats including 300 × 450 mm and 600 × 600 mm. This creates a more manageable discovery experience and gives each catalogue a clear digital access point rather than forcing customers to navigate one large unstructured product library.
We also developed the export journey as a practical B2B resource. Packing specifications are presented for multiple formats, including tile thickness, pieces per box, coverage, pallet quantities and container-loading capacity. This is supported by messaging around international quality, logistics and timely delivery, while the Contact section integrates two phone numbers, email, location/map and an enquiry form to convert product interest into direct business communication.
Results that moved the business forward.
