Premier Tiles

Project Overview
Premier Tiles is an established ceramic and porcelain surface brand backed by Ratnam Stone Export, whose industry journey dates to 1987. The brand creates surfaces for residential and commercial applications, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, terraces, poolside environments, offices, educational institutions and retail projects. Its design philosophy brings together aesthetics, strength, functionality and sustainability.
The digital product ecosystem is built around six distinctive surface directions—Stone, Concrete, Exotico, Marble, High Gloss and Chevron Wood. Instead of positioning tiles purely as construction materials, the brand presents them as design elements that allow architects, designers and homeowners to create personalized environments through different patterns, textures and finishes.
The client therefore needed more than a traditional manufacturer website. The objective was to create a premium digital platform that could connect brand heritage, visual inspiration, product discovery, catalogue access, technical credibility, export capability and direct commercial enquiry within one consistent journey.
The Challenge
Premier serves very different audiences. Homeowners and interior designers often begin with visual style and inspiration, while architects, contractors, dealers and international distributors require deeper information about product performance, formats, packing and supply. The challenge was to create an experience that remained visually refined without sacrificing the practical information professional buyers need to make decisions.
The second challenge was organizing a diverse design portfolio without making the website feel like an overwhelming tile gallery. Collections such as Stone, Concrete, Exotico, Marble, High Gloss and Chevron Wood each communicate a different aesthetic—from natural and industrial surfaces to luxury marble and wood-inspired patterns—so every collection needed its own visual identity while remaining connected to one Premier master brand.
International credibility was equally important. Premier’s export page highlights global standards, certifications, customized packaging, shipping documentation, bulk-order capability and international logistics. These B2B credentials needed to sit naturally alongside aspirational architectural imagery, so the website could communicate both design leadership and dependable global supply.
Our Solution
We developed a visual-first product architecture that gives each major collection a dedicated discovery pathway while maintaining a consistent Premier experience. Large architectural imagery and collection-led storytelling make the website inspirational for designers and homeowners, while clearly structured product sections allow professional visitors to quickly move toward the surface family most relevant to their project.
We strengthened the brand story around Premier’s key differentiators—seamless large formats, anti-slip technology, 3D textured designs, vibrant colours and patterns, and refined textures and finishes. Product-performance communication around scratch, freeze-thaw, water and stain resistance, food-contact suitability and easy cleaning gives buyers practical reasons to trust the surfaces beyond appearance alone.
For international and B2B customers, we connected catalogue access with a dedicated export journey covering quality standards, certification, packaging, documentation, recurring bulk supply and technical packing specifications. Contact forms, two direct telephone lines, WhatsApp and dedicated global/export email addresses then create a clear path from inspiration → collection → catalogue → export evaluation → business enquiry.
Results that moved the business forward.
