Project Overview

Lonix Ceramica is a ceramic and porcelain surface manufacturer based in Morbi, Gujarat, specializing in large-format Glazed Vitrified Tiles and Porcelain Glazed Vitrified Tiles. The brand presents its surfaces for both residential and commercial environments, combining contemporary design, durability, technology and manufacturing expertise.

The client needed a website that could communicate more than a conventional manufacturer profile. Architects and designers needed a visually inspiring way to explore tile designs, while dealers, distributors and international buyers required clear access to sizes, finishes, catalogues, packing specifications and export information.

The objective was therefore to create one connected digital journey:

Brand Discovery → Product Size → Finish & Design → Catalogue → Export Information → Business Enquiry

Lonix manages a highly visual and extensive tile portfolio. Its primary digital collections span 800×800, 800×1200 and 800×1600 mm, while the 800×1600 range alone includes surface directions such as Carving, Endless, Glossy, High Glossy and White Glossy, with a large number of individual designs. The challenge was to make this depth of choice feel inspiring rather than overwhelming for architects, designers and buyers.

The second challenge was balancing design storytelling with technical B2B information. A homeowner may care primarily about visual style, while a distributor or export buyer needs data such as thickness, pieces per box, square metres, box weight, pallets and container loading. Both audiences needed to reach relevant information quickly without turning the overall experience into a dense technical database.

International positioning was equally important. Lonix publicly identifies export coverage across markets and regions including America, Dubai, Italy, Kuwait, Africa, Iraq, Bahrain, Greece, Israel, Oman, Mexico, Australia, Jordan, Vietnam and others. The website therefore needed to build confidence around quality, manufacturing capability, logistics and international supply while providing a professional path toward commercial enquiry.

We structured the website around clear product-discovery pathways beginning with Lonix’s three principal formats—800×800, 800×1200 and 800×1600 mm. Within the large-format range, finish-based navigation allows visitors to move deeper into Carving, Endless, Glossy, High Glossy and White Glossy surfaces, making an extensive design portfolio considerably easier to explore.

The brand experience was supported by dedicated communication around quality, R&D, fresh thinking, sustainability and global expertise. Rather than presenting Lonix only as a tile supplier, the About and homepage experience reinforces its positioning around design innovation, advanced technology and durable architectural surfaces for residential and commercial spaces.

For professional and international buyers, we connected product discovery with downloadable catalogues and a detailed Export section. Technical packing information for all three key formats—including 9 mm thickness, box quantities, coverage, pallet counts and container capacity—gives buyers practical information before contacting the company. This turns the website into both a premium product showcase and a functional B2B export resource.

Results that moved the business forward.
